The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as non-profit management, marketing, or communications, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in individual giving and special events. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
